My 19th birthday was Tuesday and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate on my blog other than with a “19 things I’ve learned at 19” post. I hope you enjoy reading and maybe (I hope!) you can take away something from this. Before I start, I just want to add that I can’t believe it’s been almost two decades since I was born. I feel like just a couple months ago I started grade 9 and now 4 years later I’m about to start university. Where did time go? I have no idea? Ok let’s start. 1. I’ve officially been on Isotretinoin (10mg/day) for 5 weeks. If you are unaware of what Isotretinoin is, it’s the drug used in Accutane to help get rid of your pimples and acne. I haven’t seen any drastic changes from last week to this week, almost not enough to even write about, but I’m going to share what’s changed and the side effects as usual. If you’re new to these updates, you should go check out Week 1, 2 and 3 to get caught up before reading this one! The Acne Changes and Updates Once you scroll down and see the picture comparisons you’ll see the big change from week one to week four, which I’m extremely happy about. I’m so…

So, you’re feeling healthy and interested in making the easiest carrot & ginger smoothie? Well, you’re definitely in the right place. This recipe is honestly one of the simplest smoothie recipes I have ever made and can be prepared and made in less than 15 minutes. This is the perfect smoothie if you’re trying to prevent or fight off colds or just if you’re feeling really healthy and want a good health ‘kick’. There are so many benefits to all the fruits and veggies used in this recipe, but our star in this smoothie is Miss Ginger. She adds a little spice but brings a big array of health benefits that everyone should take advantage of.…
